吴桂英会见国际经贸机构、跨国公司、国际采购专家代表

On November 21, Wu Guiying, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, met with Massimo Bagnasco, vice president of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (EUCCC), along with representatives of international economic and trade institutions, multinational corporations, and international procurement experts who are attending the 2024 Changsha International Procurement and High-end Industries and Business Matchmaking.

11月21日，省委常委、长沙市委书记吴桂英会见了中国欧盟商会副主席马晓利等出席2024长沙国际采购暨高端产经对接会的国际经贸机构、跨国公司、国际采购专家代表。

Secretary Wu extended a warm welcome to the guests and briefed them on Changsha's economic and social development. She noted that Changsha has been thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of President Xi Jinping's important speeches and instructions made during his inspection tours in Hunan. Secretary Wu added that Changsha has continued to exert efforts to support Hunan in building itself into a national hub for important and advanced manufacturing industries, a sci-tech and innovation center with core competitiveness, and a pacesetter for reform and opening-up of China's inland regions, advancing high-quality development with high-level opening up. It is hoped that the event will be an opportunity to better play the role of international business associations and enterprises, strengthening supply-demand matchmaking, economic and trade exchanges, and industrial and economic cooperation. She also extended a sincere invitation to the participants, welcoming them to promote Changsha and make business layout in Changsha. Changsha will provide high-quality service for everyone with an open attitude. 

吴桂英对大家的到来表示欢迎，并简要介绍长沙经济社会发展情况。她说，当前长沙正深入贯彻习近平总书记考察湖南重要讲话和指示精神，在打造“三个高地”上持续用力，以高水平对外开放推动高质量发展。希望以此次活动为契机，更好发挥国际商协会和企业的桥梁纽带作用，进一步加强供需对接、经贸交流、产经合作。真诚希望大家宣传长沙、推介长沙、选择长沙、布局长沙。长沙将以开放姿态，为大家提供优质服务保障。

Massimo Bagnasco and other guests expressed their optimism about the future development of Changsha and were willing to give full play to their respective resource advantages. They hoped to deepen pragmatic cooperation with Changsha, strengthen exchanges between enterprises, and promote open development, achieving mutual benefit and win-win results. 

马晓利等嘉宾表示看好长沙未来发展，愿充分发挥自身资源优势，与长沙深化务实合作，加强企业间交流，推动开放发展，实现互惠双赢。

Also participating was Yang Aiyun, president of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Hunan Sub-council, along with municipal leaders Zou Te and Kang Zhenlin.
