2025长沙马拉松10月26日开跑！

即将开跑！2025长沙马拉松将于10月26日举行，报名将于7月31日10时启动。今年的长沙马拉松有3.5万个参赛名额，项目包含全程马拉松（42.195公里）、半程马拉松（21.0975公里）和欢乐跑（约5公里）。

The countdown begins! The 2025 Changsha Marathon will be held on October 26, with registration opening at 10:00 on July 31. This year's Changsha Marathon has 35,000 participating spots, and the events include the full marathon (42.195 km), half marathon (21.0975 km) and fun run (about 5 km).

2025长马的参赛名额较去年增加5000人。每位选手只能在马拉松、半程马拉松、欢乐跑个人组和欢乐跑家庭组中选择一项进行报名。

The number of participating spots for the 2025 Changsha Marathon has increased by 5,000 compared to last year. Each participant is limited to registering for one event, choosing from the full marathon, half marathon, individual fun run, or family fun run.
