长沙造盾构机助力意大利铁路项目首隧贯通

Around the 2026 Chinese New Year, a large-diameter earth pressure balance shield machine independently developed by CRCHI successfully completed the excavation of the first section in Sicily, Italy, becoming the first shield equipment to achieve tunnel breakthrough in the Messina-Catania railway project.

2026年中国农历新年前后，铁建重工自主研制的大直径土压平衡盾构机，已在意大利西西里岛顺利完成首个区间掘进任务，成为墨西拿-卡塔尼亚铁路标段项目中首台实现隧道贯通的盾构设备。

This 9.36-meter excavation diameter giant hails from Changsha, Chinaand will be responsible for a total of about 12.54 kilometers of excavation work for the project section. To meet the European client's stringent standards for high-end, intelligent and green equipment, CRCHI's R&D team collaborated closely with international partners and infused a series of "Changsha Wisdom" into the shield machine. A host of cutting-edge technologies integrated have not only upgraded the equipment's high-end intelligent features and green energy-saving performance, enhanced its automation level, but also effectively boosted the overall construction efficiency.

It is reported that the equipment has achieved a maximum daily advance of 30.6 meters and a record monthly advance of over 500 meters.

据介绍，该设备最大日进尺达到30.6米，最高月进尺突破500米。
