贺永乐在两年前开始咖啡车创业,将面包车后备厢变身为小型咖啡馆,售卖美式、拿铁等咖啡及果汁、精酿啤酒等,日均卖出20-50杯,一晚营业额可达500-1000元,他还通过社交平台接到不少活动邀请。
He Yongle started his coffee truck venture two years ago, transforming his van's trunk into a mini café selling Americanos, lattes, juices, and craft beers. With nightly sales of 20–50 cups, his turnover reaches 500–1,000 yuan per night. He even receives numerous event invitations via social media.
除咖啡车外,长沙还有夜市卖玩偶等商品的摊位、“流动书巢”、精酿打酒车等多种车厢经营形式,它们投入小、灵活性强,为创业者提供了微创业平台,也给消费者带来别样体验。创业者们也怀揣着对诗与远方的向往,贺永乐说:“等攒够了钱,我要开着我的咖啡车,到其他的城市看看。”
