2月15日，智慧乡村教育与儿童全面发展创新国际论坛在湖南大学外国语学院举行。论坛上，联合国教科文组织“全纳识字教育”教席教授、全球知名阅读障碍研究专家赫伊奇·吕蒂宁博士围绕阅读教育的智能化与儿童阅读素养发展主题，深入探讨了智能化技术在儿童阅读素养发展中的作用。
