威胜集团:超3000万只威胜电表在海外稳定运行
“你们是哪一年开始出海的?”2024年11月,在湖南湘江新区威胜科技园内,威胜集团副总裁李婷接受了本报记者的采访。
"When did you start expanding overseas?" In November 2024, in the Wasion Technology Park of Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, Li Ting, the vice president of Wasion Group, gave an interview to our newspaper's reporter.
“那很早了。2000年,威胜刚成立,就设立了国际部开展海外业务,是国内最早布局海外电能表市场的企业。”李婷自豪地说。
"It was a long time ago. In 2000, right after Wasion was established, we set up an International Department to carry out overseas business. We were one of the earliest enterprises in China to lay out the overseas electricity meter market," Li Ting said proudly.

数据显示,目前,威胜产品已出口至70多个国家和地区,在海外建立了超30个办事处、超5家海外工厂,超过3000万只表在海外稳定运行。
Statistics show that currently, Wasion's products have been exported to more than 70 countries and regions. It has established over 30 offices and more than 5 factories overseas, with over 30 million electricity meters operating stably.

2024年7月,威胜匈牙利智能电表工厂在匈牙利格德勒市举行开业仪式。该工厂投资超1000万欧元,引入高度自动化和智能化设计的生产线。作为威胜布局的第六大全球生产与研发中心,该工厂也是威胜在欧洲的地区总部。
In July 2024, the Wasion Hungary Smart Electric Meter Factory held its opening ceremony in Gödöllő, Hungary. The factory has an investment of over 10 million euros and has introduced production lines with highly automated and intelligent designs. As the sixth global production and R&D center laid out by Wasion, this factory also serves as Wasion's regional headquarters in Europe.
“欧洲市场潜力巨大,但要进入欧洲市场并不容易,欧盟对产品的信息安全、低碳环保都有很严格的要求。”李婷说,此前,海外团队通宵达旦突破技术难关,历经了一个多月的攻坚。功夫不负有心人,“开业至今,匈牙利工厂已经拿下了超1亿元的订单。”
"The European market has huge potential, but it's not easy to enter. The European Union has very strict requirements for product information security, as well as low-carbon and environmental protection," said Li Ting. Previously, the overseas team worked around the clock to overcome technical difficulties and went through more than a month of strenuous efforts. Their hard work paid off. "Since its opening, the Hungary factory has already received orders worth over 100 million yuan."

在李婷看来,企业的出海之路并非一蹴而就,“从成立之初到2024年,威胜出海已进入海外业务的第四阶段”。
In Li Ting's view, the path of a company going global is not achieved overnight. "From its establishment to the year of 2024, Wasion's expansion overseas has entered the fourth stage of its overseas business."
“第一阶段,是代理合作阶段,以代理为主,主要在东南亚和非洲开展业务,产品销售渠道较单一;第二阶段,是借船出海,设立销售办事处;第三阶段,是本地工厂阶段,深入当地市场,产品也从单一向多元发展,包括设备、解决方案、系统、服务等;第四阶段,更加多元化的渠道本地化阶段:以办事处、服务中心等形式在本地拓展,前端和本地业务融合,产品走向绿智化。”李婷概括。
"The first stage is the agency cooperation stage, mainly relying on agency models, and the business is mainly carried out in Southeast Asia and Africa, with a relatively single product sales channel. The second stage is going global by leveraging others' resources, during which sales offices are set up. The third stage is the local factory stage, with in-depth penetration into the local market, and the products have developed from being single to diverse, including equipment, solutions, systems, services, etc. The fourth stage is a more diversified stage of localizing channels: expanding locally in the form of local offices and service centers, integrating the front-end and local businesses, and making the products greener and more intelligent," Li Ting summarized.

在威胜展厅的墙上,各种电表琳琅满目,其生产工艺标准因国而异,造型亦各有千秋。

A round-shaped electric meter caught the reporter's attention. "It is suitable for the Americas region. Due to the standards in the Americas and the fact that the electric meters are placed outdoors, the round exterior design can effectively disperse the weight of the snow, reducing the risk of damage to the electric meter caused by the heavy pressure of snow, and ensuring that the electric meter can still operate normally in harsh outdoor environments," introduced a staff member of Wasion.
在位于南亚的孟加拉国,威胜为其打造的“农田灌溉智能计量系统”,堪称“本土化”的经典之作。
In Bangladesh, located in South Asia, the "Smart Metering System for Farmland Irrigation" created by Wasion for it can be regarded as a classic example of "localization".
孟加拉国旱季时间长,人口多,当地对2万多口灌溉井的管理简约粗放,造成相关灌溉部门亏损、农民减产、水资源浪费的“三输”局面。威胜为灌溉井搭泵房,配置计量设施、通信芯片、通信模块,实现了智慧灌溉,同时为泵房加装了光伏面板,升级成一个小型光伏电站,每逢旱季,都能派上大用场。
Bangladesh has a long dry season and a large population. The management of more than 20,000 irrigation wells in the local area is simple and crude, resulting in a situation where the relevant irrigation departments suffer losses, farmers' production decreases, and water resources are wasted. Wasion built pump houses for the irrigation wells, equipped them with metering facilities, communication chips, and communication modules, achieving intelligent irrigation. At the same time, photovoltaic panels were installed on the pump houses, upgrading them into small photovoltaic power stations, which can be of great use during the dry season.
“这一举措助当地财政收入增加了30%、农民灌溉的成本下降了20%,每一亩田的单产量还上升了15%。”参与该项目的工作人员言语间满是自豪。
"This measure has helped increase the local fiscal revenue by 30%, reduce the cost of farmers' irrigation by 20%, and also increase the yield per mu of farmland by 15%," said a staff member involved in the project with great pride.
面向未来,威胜海外发展策略正向本土深耕细作型转变,打造更加本土化的产业生态。以非洲为例,威胜深耕非洲20余年,以坦桑尼亚工厂为核心,建设了4个非洲办事处,与30余个非洲国家和地区建立了业务合作关系,持续提供电、水、气、热计量产品及解决方案,新能源及智能配用电产品及服务。截至目前,累计向非洲交付电表超500万只。
Looking to the future, Wasion's overseas development strategy is shifting towards in-depth local cultivation, aiming to create a more localized industrial ecosystem. Taking Africa as an example, Wasion has been deeply rooted in Africa for more than 20 years. With the factory in Tanzania as the core, it has established 4 African offices and has established business cooperation relationships with more than 30 African countries and regions. It continues to provide metering products and solutions for electricity, water, gas, and heat, as well as new energy and intelligent power distribution and consumption products and services. Up to now, it has delivered more than 5 million electric meters to Africa in total.

After more than 20 years of venturing overseas, Wasion has been riding the waves in the overseas market. Where exactly does its confidence come from? Intelligent manufacturing and innovation are like "two legs" that support Wasion to go further and further overseas.
踏入威胜智能制造数字化车间,只见成排智能机器人整齐列阵,自动化操作精准无误,方向不差分毫,力度恰到好处,其重复运行10000次,重新定位误差不超过0.03毫米。整个车间只有寥寥数个工人站在成品线末端,一只只电表经过七八道工序,平均每5.5秒下线一只电表。
Stepping into Wasion's digital workshop for intelligent manufacturing, rows of intelligent robots are neatly arranged in formation. The automated operations are precise, with no deviation in direction and the right amount of force. Even after operating 10,000 times repeatedly, the repositioning error is no more than 0.03 millimeters. There are only a few workers standing at the end of the finished product line in the entire workshop. Each electric meter goes through seven or eight processes, and on average, one electric meter comes off the production line every 5.5 seconds.
“威胜引入了行业内首屈一指的自动化生产设备和工艺技术、先进的物流管理系统,是目前中国先进的能源计量与能效管理产品研发制造基地之一。”李婷介绍,威胜在研发上也舍得下“血本”,近两年,威胜每年研发投入在9%以上,工程技术人员占比超35%,拥有500余件有效专利,200余项国家级、省市级科技创新奖项,制定和参与已发布的行业标准50余项。
"Wasion has introduced top-notch automated production equipment and process technologies in the industry, as well as an advanced logistics management system. It is currently one of the advanced R&D and manufacturing bases for energy metering and energy efficiency management products in China," introduced Li Ting. Wasion also spares no expense in research and development. In the past two years, Wasion's annual R&D investment has been over 9%, and engineering and technical personnel account for more than 35% of the total workforce. It has more than 500 valid patents, over 200 national, provincial and municipal scientific and technological innovation awards, and has formulated and participated in the release of more than 50 industry standards.

一次参与规划和交付海外项目的经历,让叶盛至今记忆犹新。当时,客户聘请的安装队因管理不当,导致包括坐标等信息在内的户表信息丢失,需要全城范围内进行全面排查,这无疑是一项浩大的工程。
An experience of participating in planning and delivering an overseas project still remains vivid in Ye Sheng's memory. At that time, due to improper management by the installation team hired by the customer, the household meter information, including coordinates and other information, was lost, and a comprehensive investigation within the whole city was required, which was undoubtedly a huge project.
为了替客户排忧解难,叶盛提供了一个创新方案:电表通过无线方式连接至附近的网关,确定电表所连接的网关,便可以大致定位电表所在的区域,再结合电表与邻居电表的信号强度,利用无线传输模型进行位置预测,便可进一步缩小搜索范围。
In order to solve the customer's problem, Ye Sheng provided an innovative solution: the electric meter is connected to the nearby gateway wirelessly. By determining the gateway to which the electric meter is connected, the area where the electric meter is located can be roughly located. Then, by combining the signal strength of the electric meter and that of its neighboring electric meters and using the wireless transmission model for location prediction, the search range can be further narrowed down.
最终,客户凭借此方案,找回了众多户表关系,节省了大量的人力物力,也让这次合作转危为安。
In the end, relying on this solution, the customer retrieved the relationships of many household meters, saving a large amount of manpower and material resources, and also turning this cooperation around from a dangerous situation.
李婷介绍,这些年,威胜大力开拓海外市场,收获颇丰,国际订单逐年增长。截至2024年底,威胜海外营收占总收入比近30%。提及未来的战略目标,她告诉记者:“希望在2025年,威胜的海外业务占总业务量的50%以上。”
Li Ting introduced that over the years, Wasion has been vigorously expanding its overseas market and has reaped rich rewards, with international orders increasing year by year. Up to the end of 2024, Wasion's overseas revenue accounts for nearly 30% of its total revenue. When mentioning the future strategic goals, she told the reporter, "We hope that in 2025, Wasion's overseas business will account for more than 50% of its total business volume."
