全国粮食行业顶级展会首次入湘：第八届中国粮食交易大会在长沙启幕

The 8th China Grain Trade Conference, the country's highest-level and largest comprehensive grain industry expo, opened its doors in Changsha for the first time on September 5, running through September 7 at Changsha International Convention Center. Spanning 95,000 square meters with 13 themed zones, the conference attracted over 3,100 exhibitors and 20,000 industry participants. A 3,000-square-meter international pavilion anchors this year's edition, facilitating foreign trade matchmaking and cross-border cooperation. 

全国粮食行业层级最高、规模最大的国家级综合性展会——第八届中国粮食交易大会，9月5日至7日首次落户长沙，在长沙国际会展中心举行。大本届大会展览面积约9.5万平方米，设13个特色展区，吸引3100余家企业参展、2万余名行业人员参会。其中3000平方米国际展区首次开辟，集中开展对外经贸对接与国际合作交流。

As host, Hunan showcased its "Nine Prefectures Granary" strength, with four provincial-level regional brands — "Dongting Fragrant Rice," "Hunan Rapeseed Oil," "Hu-Xiang Coarse Cereals," and "Hunan Rice Noodles" — making a collective appearance. Under the theme "Gathering Strength for Global Food Security, Connecting Production and Sales for Shared Growth," the three-day event covers the entire grain value chain from farming and storage to processing and consumption, with six core segments including an exhibition, investment matchmaking, and a dedicated grain trading session.

作为东道主，湖南亮出“九州粮仓”实力，“洞庭香米”“湖南菜籽油”“湖湘杂粮”“湖南米粉”四大省级区域公用品牌集体亮相。大会以“粮安天下聚合力 产销融通促发展”为主题，设置开幕式、展览会、产销对接、招商引资签约、粮食专场交易、同期专题活动六大核心板块，覆盖粮食生产、收储、加工、消费全产业链，为推动粮食产业智能化、绿色化转型搭建平台。
