From May 16 to 18, a delegation of travel agents from Hong Kong conducted an inspection tour in Changsha, engaging in in-depth exchanges with local cultural and tourism enterprises. Both sides focused on cooperation in areas such as resource complementation, tourist resource sharing, and route innovation, thereby injecting new impetus into Changsha's efforts to become a world-class inbound tourism destination.

5月16日至18日，香港旅行商代表团来长开展考察，与长沙本土文旅企业展开深度对接，双方聚焦“资源互补、客源互送、线路创新”等展开探讨合作，为长沙打造世界级入境旅游目的地注入新动能。

The delegation embarked on a three-day, two-night tour of Changsha, with an itinerary that included:

考察团开启了长沙三日两夜的行程，具体安排包括：

-Visiting the Qia Tongxue Shaonian Square (Youth Together Square) to take in the scenic views of Changsha, a city characterized by its mountains, rivers and isles;

参观“恰同学少年”广场，领略长沙“山水洲城”的风光景致；

-Exploring the Tongguan Kiln Ancient Town to watch intangible cultural heritage performances such as datiehua (or the molten iron fireworks show) and water dance shows;

探访铜官窑古镇，观摩打铁花与水舞秀等非物质文化遗产表演；

-Experiencing the digital performance "Seeking Changsha," which revived the city's thousand-year culture;

感受《寻长沙》数字演出重现千年文脉；

-Strolling along the Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street to experience the integration of traditional culture with modern new consumption scenarios; and,

漫步黄兴路步行街体验国潮与现代的新消费场景融合；

-Getting up close with cultural relics such as the plain gauze gown from the Mawangdui Han Tombs.

Cape jasmine flowers and Cha Yan Yue Se milk tea were gifted to the Hong Kong travel agents. Actors from the "Seeking Changsha" theater also staged a welcoming ceremony for the guests.

活动中，主办方特意为香港旅行商送上了栀子花及茶颜悦色奶茶，《寻长沙》剧场演员们也精心准备了欢迎仪式。

At a Hunan-Hong Kong cultural tourism symposium held on May 17, Yu Lan, deputy director of the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism Radio, and Television, warmly welcomed travel agents from Hong Kong. She stated that, targeting the Hong Kong tourism market, Changsha will leverage its calling cards of "history and culture, urban vitality, and intangible cultural heritage charm" to establish differentiated competitive advantages in the cultural tourism sector.

在5月17日举行的湘港文旅座谈会上，长沙市文旅广电局副局长余岚向香港旅行商表达了热烈欢迎，并表示面向香港旅游市场，长沙将以“历史文脉·都市活力·非遗魅力”为名片，解码流量密码，在文旅赛道中锚定差异化竞争优势。

The full implementation of China's 240-hour visa-free transit policy has significantly promoted customs clearance facilitation at Changsha Huanghua International Airport and Zhangjiajie Hehua International Airport. In the first quarter of 2025, Changsha received 152,000 inbound tourist visits, up 56.81% on a yearly basis. In particular, 31.9% of the visits were made by tourists from Hong Kong and Macao, representing a year-on-year increase of 201.57%.

随着国家240小时过境免签政策全面落地，长沙黄花国际机场、张家界荷花国际机场口岸通关便利性显著提升。2025年一季度，长沙接待入境游客15.2万人次，同比增长56.81%，其中港澳游客占比31.9%，同比增长201.57%。
