中南学子研发“魔法药水”让混凝土2分钟速凝

22岁的姚型宇是中南大学大四学生，也是长沙轻舟筑科科技有限公司总经理，他带领团队耗时两年研制出的“无碱无氯无氟早强型液体速凝剂”，让喷射混凝土初凝时间从200分钟减至2分钟，回弹率从30%降至10%以下。

Yao Xingyu, a 22-year-old senior at Central South University and General Manager of Changsha Qingzhou Zhuke Technology Co., Ltd., led his team to spend two years developing an "alkali-free, chlorine-free, and fluorine-free early-strength liquid accelerator." This has reduced the initial setting time of shotcrete from 200 minutes to just 2 minutes, and reduced the rebound rate from 30% to below 10%.

该研发起源于姚型宇对工业固废资源化利用的思考，在经历研究挫折后，因加入学校相关项目取得突破。与传统速凝剂相比，新产品优势显著，能大幅节约成本。为将成果推向市场，团队克服技术与商业运作难题，在多学科同学帮助下完成商业计划书，并在中南大学科技园支持下快速拿到营业执照，享受政策扶持。

This research and development originated from Yao Xingyu's thinking about the resource-based utilization of industrial solid waste. After experiencing setbacks in research, a breakthrough was achieved by participating in relevant projects at the school. Compared with traditional accelerators, the new product has significant advantages and can greatly save costs. In order to bring the achievement to the market, the team overcame technical and commercial operation problems. With the help of students from multiple disciplines, they completed a business plan and quickly obtained a business license with the support of the Science and Technology Park of Central South University, enjoying policy support.

目前，公司储备了多项发明专利，产品已在多条铁路隧道施工中应用，为项目节省大量成本。姚型宇团队也正准备参加湖南大学生创业大赛，希望借此展示大学生创业实力，以及长沙良好的创业环境。

At present, the company has reserved a number of invention patents, and the product has been applied in the construction of multiple railway tunnels, saving a great deal of cost. Yao Xingyu's team is also preparing to participate in the Hunan College Students Entrepreneurship Competition, hoping to showcase the entrepreneurial strength of college students and the favorable entrepreneurial environment in Changsha.
