老厂房“复活记”：长沙最潮夜猫子聚集地来了！

新梁仓文创园前身为国网电力老厂房，曾见证长沙工业辉煌。随着产业转型，这片13.5亩的土地曾一度荒废。

The Xinliangcang Cultural and Creative Park was formerly an old power plant under State Grid, once a witness to Changsha' s industrial glory. As industries transformed, the 13.5-acre site was once left unused.

2023年，在盘活国企土地政策推动下，项目引入新的改造理念，保留红砖墙、锈迹钢架、旧变压器等工业遗迹，融入潮流美食、夜生活与创意空间，摇身一变成为城市夜猫子的打卡胜地。

In 2023, under a national policy to revitalize state-owned land, the project adopted a new renewal approach—preserving industrial relics like red brick walls, rusted steel frames, and old transformers, while integrating trendy food spots, nightlife, and creative spaces. The abandoned factory was reborn as a vibrant destination for Changsha’s night owls.

2025年3月试营业以来，茶颜悦色、柠季、易裕和米粉等人气品牌陆续入驻。一开门就爆火，凌晨一点还有人排20多桌，烧烤香气和热情人群点燃夜色！夜间客流量占比高达75%，新梁仓实打实成了长沙版“深夜食堂”。

Since its trial opening in March 2025, popular brands like Chayan Yuese, Ningji, and Yiyuhe Rice Noodles have moved in. From day one, the site was a hit—over 20 tables were still waiting in line at 1 a.m., with barbecue smoke and crowds lighting up the night. Nighttime visitors now account for 75% of foot traffic, making Xinliangcang a true "Midnight Canteen" in Changsha.
