月球陨石、“宇宙瑰宝”……湖南国际矿博会异彩纷呈

The 13th China (Hunan) International Mineral & Gem Expo opened on May 16 in Chenzhou, Hunan province. Approved by China's State Council as the country's only national-level mineral and gem exhibition, it has grown into a globally influential annual spectacle since its permanent relocation to Chenzhou in 2015.

5月16日，第十三届中国（湖南）国际矿物宝石博览会（以下简称“矿博会”）在湖南省郴州开幕。矿博会经国务院批准，是中国唯一的国家级矿物宝石专业展会，自2015年永久落户郴州以来，已发展成为具有全球影响力的年度盛会。

Spanning 60,000 square meters, the exhibition features 1,200 international-standard booths across four themed zones: mineral crystals, colored gemstones, fossils and meteorites, and art crafts. Over 70 overseas exhibitors from 35 countries and regions, as well as 530 domestic exhibitors, showcased rare specimens, including the lunar meteorite NWA, Brazil's Uruacu iron meteorite, Argentina's Esquel pallasite, and 100-million-year-old Canadian ammolite.

本届展会展览面积达6万平方米，设置有矿物晶体、彩色宝石、化石陨石、工艺美术四大主题展区，共1200个国际标准展位。来自35个国家和地区的70余家境外展商与530家国内展商同台参展，展出众多珍稀标本，包含月球陨石NWA、巴西URUACU铁陨石“天官下凡”、阿根廷艾斯克尔橄榄陨石“宇宙瑰宝”以及一亿年前的加拿大斑彩菊石等。

Chenzhou boasts 116 verified mineral types, holding world-leading reserves of tungsten, bismuth, tin, and fluorite, as well as 70 percent of the global microcrystalline graphite reserves. Hosting the expo since 2015, the city has transformed the event into an international platform, driving industrial upgrades, cultural exchange, and scientific education.

郴州目前共发现各类矿种116种，其中钨、铋、锡、萤石等保有储量居世界前列，微晶石墨储量占世界总储量的70%。自2015年以来，郴州已持续举办多次矿博会，并将其打造成了推动产业升级、文化交流与科学教育的国际化平台。

From industrial mining heritage to artistic mineral displays, the 13th edition continues to innovate with open engagement, professional services, and cross-sector integration, reinforcing its status as an "everlasting" global showcase. The expo runs through May 20, inviting visitors to witness this stellar convergence of Earth's geological marvels.
